Analisis Tingkat Pelayanan Dermaga Angkutan Penumpang Pelabuhan RORO Kuala Tungkal Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat

Abstract

Roro Kuala Tungkal Port, located in Jambi Province, West Tanjung Jabung Regency, plays an important role in sea transportation traffic for the mobility of passengers, goods and services. Geographically, Roro Kuala Tungkal Port is located with coordinates 00°–48'– 322'' South Latitude / 103° - 29' - 008''E This port is around 4.1 km from the centre of West Tanjung Jabung City with a travel time of around 16 minutes. This research was carried out by collecting and evaluating secondary data, namely port operation data for the last 3 years (2020 to 2022). Analysis of the level of service at the Passenger Transport Pier at Roro Kuala Tungkal Port, Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency, Jambi was carried out based on predictions of the up and down flow of passengers and the flow of ship visits using a simple linear regression method. The forecast results for 2020 – 2022 for the number of passengers boarding are 8174, 8532, 8886,9249, and 9595. and passengers alighting are 11,674, 12,808, 13,942, 15,076 and 16,210. the number of ship visits from 2023 – 2027 is 89, 92, 95, 98 and 101 with the service system having to be better
