Transparency in village fund management is a vital aspect of achieving good governance at the village level. It ensures that the allocation and utilization of village funds are conducted openly, responsibly, and focused on the community’s needs. This study aims to examine the implementation of transparency principles in village fund management in Paku Village, Payung Subdistrict, South Bangka Regency, as well as to evaluate the supporting and inhibiting factors in its application. Using a qualitative case study approach, data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that Paku Village has applied several transparency mechanisms such as participatory planning meetings, publication of budget documents, and accountability reporting. However, community participation and access to information still require improvement to optimize transparency. Strengthening the capacities of officials and the community, alongside digitalizing information, is crucial to enhance accountability and public trust in village fund management
