This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondents who are internal and external customers at Bri Kanca Jambi. Data obtained by distributing questionnaire links to respondents using google form. The data analysis technique used is Associative Analysis and Simultaneous Test. The results of the research analysis showed that financial literacy and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous Test results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as the dependent variable. The independent variables of the study are assets, equity and debt as independent variables with profit as the dependent variable. Data and facts obtained from the financial statements of issuer companies have the value of assets, equity, debt and profits in the pharmaceutical sub-sector during the study period has a considerable and significant difference in value and fluctuates. This study used the Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) 3.0 software program. Melihat keberadaan sukuk di pasar modal Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2014. 2) Meningkatkan Peredaran Sukuk di Pasar Modal Syariah. Penelitian ini dengan analisis data sekunder yang berasal dari Roadmad Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tahun 2015-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif.</p> <p>Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1). Keberadaan sukuk di pasar peneliti modal Indonesia dari tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2014 ini mengalami penurunan. Perkembangan sukuk di Pasar modal menurun sampai diangka 40,34%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas penduduk Indonesia yang muslim tidak memilih obligasi Syariah, melainkan obligasi Konvensional. 2). Untuk memperkuat peran pelaku pasar di Pasar Modal Syariah Indonesia perlu peran pemerintah, lembaga terkait pasar modal, dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Beberapa hal yang harus dilakukan untuk Memperkuat Peran Pelaku Pasar di Pasar Modal Syariah antara lain; Menerbitan Aturan terkait Ahli Syariah di Pasar Modal, Menerbitkan Aturan terkait Lembaga Penunjang di Pasar Modal Syariah dan Perusahaan Efek, Memperkuat Landasan Hukum bagi transaksi Efek Syariah, Melakukan Promosi Pasar Modal Syariah, dan Melakukan Sosialisasi dan Edukasi Pasar Modal Syariah kepada Masyarakat. The research method used is associative descriptive. The research sample consisted of 78 respondents who were involved using the census method. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that Brand Image, Price Perception, and Product Quality significantly influence Consumer Purchasing Decisions for NPK Nitroku 161616. Brand Image has a significant positive influence, meaning that the more positive the brand image of NPK Nitroku 161616, the higher the consumer's tendency to buy. that product. Price Perception also has a significant positive influence, indicating that the more affordable the product is, the more likely consumers are to buy it. Apart from that, Product Quality also has a significant positive influence on Consumer Purchasing Decisions, which indicates that the higher the product quality perceived by consumers, the more likely they are to buy NPK Nitroku 161616. This research provides important implications for NPK Nitroku 161616 in designing marketing strategy. Increasing a positive brand image, offering affordable prices, and improving product quality can be factors that support consumer purchasing decisions. In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the market, companies need to pay attention to these aspects to gain a competitive advantage and maintain existing market share.</em></p> A.
